Product Outline
The Air-Data Probe (ADP) is a sensor that measures the primary state parameters of the atmosphere, such as temperature, pressure, humidity and flow velocity. Thanks to an embedded Digital Signal Processor (DSP), the ADP is "smart" meaning that all data acquisition chores such as A/D handling, data compensation and filtering are handled internally. By combining the probe, sensors and processing electronics in one package, the ADP offers a compact data solution that is simple to integrate owing to its all-digital interface.
The ADP acquires and transmits the following parameters:
Temperature
Barometric pressure
Relative humidity
Pitot-static pressure
Angle of attack (flow angle in vertical plane)
Sideslip angle (flow angle in horizontal plane)
Three-axis acceleration measurement
Three-axis magnetic field measurement
